Witness HHH, a writer and journalist, made his statement; the committee's questions related to the political situation in Hungary before and during the revolution, with a special interest in the situation of the churches and land ownership. Witness III, a student at Debrecen University in 1956, made his statement; the committee asked questions about his expulsion from a Budapest University. Witness JJJ gave an account of the events in Győr.
